Breeze provides software tools designed to help healthcare organizations manage claim appeals, organize workflow processes, and improve revenue recovery operations.
Services may be updated, modified, or improved over time as we continue to develop the platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and ensuring that authorized users access the platform appropriately.
- Keep account credentials confidential.
- Provide accurate account information.
- Manage user access permissions appropriately.
- Notify Breeze of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
Customers agree to use Breeze only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Customers may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Interfere with system security or performance.
- Use the platform for unlawful activities.
- Upload information they do not have authorization to use.
5. Healthcare Data Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights, permissions, and legal authority to submit and process information through Breeze.
Customers remain responsible for their compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and contractual obligations.
6. Subscription and Payments
Certain Breeze services may require payment or subscription fees. Pricing, billing terms, and subscription details will be provided during the account signup process or through a separate agreement.
Subscription fees are based on the services selected by the customer and may be updated with appropriate notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Breeze and its associated software, designs, features, and technology are owned by Breeze and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers retain ownership of their own data and information submitted to the platform.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to Breeze; however, availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party services, or circumstances outside of our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breeze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Breeze is a software platform and does not provide legal, medical, billing, or reimbursement advice.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the services according to applicable agreements. Breeze may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the security of the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Breeze after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
